Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1/3 lb. spaghetti, cooked al dente
- 1/2 c. green olives, sliced (or more)
- 1 tsp. dried onion
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- sliced almonds
Method
- Combine spaghetti, chicken, olives, onion, seasoning and broth.
- Bake until hot.
- Add sour cream and stir.
- Place almonds on top and heat through.
- Serve with French bread and a salad.
- A great way to use leftover chicken or turkey.
