Ingredients
- 2 c. or more cooked chicken, diced
- 1 pkg. wild and white rice, cooked
- 1 (1 lb.) can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 medium jar pimentos
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients
- well.
- Pour
- into a large greased casserole. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
- Serves 6 to 8 well.
