Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce.) can Pet evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 pkg. herb seasoned cube stuffing
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. diced cooked chicken or possibly turkey
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 stalks celery, minced
  • 1 c. cooked broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme leaves, crushed

Method

  • In 1 qt saucepan over high heat, heat 3/4 c. of the lowfat milk and butter to scalding.
  • In large bowl, pour warm lowfat milk mix over stuffing; toss to mix well.
  • Pat 1/2 of the stuffing mix into buttered 12 inch x 8 inch baking dish.
