Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. white wine
- seedless grapes
Method
- Cut chicken in serving pieces and place in baking dish.
- Mix soups and wine; pour over chicken.
- Cook at 325° for 2 1/2 hours. Add grapes the last 15 minutes.
- Serve with rice or bamboo shoots.
