Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4 pieces) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bag combined vegetables (Broccoli Wokly Stir-fry)
  • 1 pkg. stir-fry seasoning
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • soy sauce
  • Minute rice
  • butter

Method

  • Cut chicken into slices (thin strips) or bite size squares. Warm electric skillet or wok, placing 2 tablespoons butter in until it melts.
  • Place chicken in, turning frequently, until chicken is cooked.
  • Mix stir-fry seasoning by directions on packet and pour over chicken.
  • Let simmer.
