Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4 pieces) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bag combined vegetables (Broccoli Wokly Stir-fry)
- 1 pkg. stir-fry seasoning
- 1 medium white onion, chopped
- soy sauce
- Minute rice
- butter
Method
- Cut chicken into slices (thin strips) or bite size squares. Warm electric skillet or wok, placing 2 tablespoons butter in until it melts.
- Place chicken in, turning frequently, until chicken is cooked.
- Mix stir-fry seasoning by directions on packet and pour over chicken.
- Let simmer.
