Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. beef roast
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 can water
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients and pour over roast.
- Bake, covered, 3 to 4 hours in a 350° oven.
