- 1/2 lb. fine noodles
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Method
- Cook noodles according to package and drain.
- Saute meat and onions, drain.
- Spread noodles in bottom of 3-quart casserole dish.
- To meat mixture add other ingredients except cheese.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
