Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked chicken (bite size pieces)
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 box long grain and wild rice (Uncle Ben's)
  • chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Cook rice in chicken broth.
  • Mix rice and other ingredients. Place in 2-quart casserole.
  • Bake about 30 minutes at 350°.
