Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Longhorn cheese
  • 1 medium pkg. spaghetti

Method

  • Boil chicken until done.
  • Remove chicken from pot and debone. Cook spaghetti and onion in chicken broth (season to taste).
  • To spaghetti add green chilies and soups.
  • Stir well.
  • Pour into baking dish with chicken.
  • Top with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 375° until cheese is melted and mixture is hot and bubbly.
