Ingredients
- 2 c. rhubarb, 1/2-inch thick
- 1 pt. strawberries
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oats
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
Method
- In bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan, mix strawberries and rhubarb. In small bowl, stir cornstarch and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
- Add this to rhubarb mixture and stir well.
- Stir remaining brown sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon.
- Stir in margarine.
- Sprinkle over mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
