Ingredients
- 6 cups cauliflower florets (about 1 medium head)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Madras curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 475°.
- Combine all ingredients on a jelly-roll pan; toss well to coat. Bake at 475° for 18 minutes or until browned and crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
