Ingredients

  • 3 5/16 pounds boneless chicken thighs
  • 5/8 cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon meats Ariosto Seasonings for roasted and grilled
  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Method

  • Mix all ingredients, except for the chicken in a bowl big enough to contain all the meat.
  • Cut the chicken into cubes, add to the marinade and mix to coat well the meat, cover and store in a refrigerator.
  • Do this the night before if you want to serve it for lunch or in the morning to serve it for dinner.
  • Thread the chicken cubes into skewers, brush with a little oil and cook on a hot grill.
