Ingredients
- 3 5/16 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 5/8 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon meats Ariosto Seasonings for roasted and grilled
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except for the chicken in a bowl big enough to contain all the meat.
- Cut the chicken into cubes, add to the marinade and mix to coat well the meat, cover and store in a refrigerator.
- Do this the night before if you want to serve it for lunch or in the morning to serve it for dinner.
- Thread the chicken cubes into skewers, brush with a little oil and cook on a hot grill.
