Ingredients
- 1 fryer, cut up
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 3 cans tomato sauce
Method
- Place 1/2 stick margarine in skillet; melt, then add chicken, cover and cook until well done.
- Then remove lid and add celery, onion and bell pepper.
- Replace lid.
- Let cook 15 minutes.
- Then remove lid and add tomato sauce and cook 20 minutes over low heat. Serve over rice.
- Delicious!!
