Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
  • Press into buttered spring form mold.
  • Cream together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, eggs, one at a time, 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • Pour into pan on top of crust.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 -35 minutes.
  • Cool for 10 minutes.
  • Mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
  • Pour over cheesecake and bake for 5 minutes.
