- 6 flour tortillas (small)
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz. mild salsa
- 1 to 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chicken breast nuggets
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Line bottom and sides of lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish with flour tortillas.
- Mix together in mixing bowl the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and salsa.
- Mix well.
- Pour 1/2 mixture into dish lined with flour tortillas.
- Add a layer of chicken nuggets.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat layers until dish is filled.
- Top with Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
