Ingredients

  • 6 flour tortillas (small)
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz. mild salsa
  • 1 to 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chicken breast nuggets
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Line bottom and sides of lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish with flour tortillas.
  • Mix together in mixing bowl the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and salsa.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour 1/2 mixture into dish lined with flour tortillas.
  • Add a layer of chicken nuggets.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Repeat layers until dish is filled.
  • Top with Mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
