Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds smoked turkey breast skinned, cut into 2inch julienne
- 1 1/2 cups sherry mayonaise
- 1 x salt and black pepper
- 3/4 pound jarlsberg cheese julienne
- 2 cups grapes, seedless seedless, red or grn
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 tablespoon green peppercorns water, packed, drained
Method
- Combine turkey, Jarlsberg, grapes and celery in a mixing bowl.
- Add the Sherry Mayonnaise and toss gently but well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss again.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
- Arrange the salad in serving portions and sprinkle with green peppercorns to taste.
- Cooked, lightly smoked ham or chicken may be substituted for turkey.
