Ingredients
- 1/2 c. quick cooking uncooked rice
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (with liquid)
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 3 lb. fryer, cut up and skinned
Method
- Mix together rice, soup, mushrooms, water and onion soup in a 5 quart casserole dish.
- Add chicken pieces.
- Cook on full power for

- 22
- minutes.
- After 11 minutes turn chicken pieces over and sprinkle with paprika for color.
