Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Kraft macaroni and cheese
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb. hamburg

Method

  • Brown 1 pound hamburg or 1/2 pound hamburg and 1/2 pound sausage.
  • Can put in handful of pepperoni (optional), 1 jar chunky Prego sauce and 1 package Mozzarella cheese.
  • Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Put in macaroni and cheese that has been prepared according to directions on package.
  • Pour eggs, onion and peppers over macaroni and cheese.
  • Next, put layer of meat, next layer of Prego sauce, then cheese.
  • (Watch so cheese doesn't burn.)
  • Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
