Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Kraft macaroni and cheese
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. hamburg
Method
- Brown 1 pound hamburg or 1/2 pound hamburg and 1/2 pound sausage.
- Can put in handful of pepperoni (optional), 1 jar chunky Prego sauce and 1 package Mozzarella cheese.
- Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Put in macaroni and cheese that has been prepared according to directions on package.
- Pour eggs, onion and peppers over macaroni and cheese.
- Next, put layer of meat, next layer of Prego sauce, then cheese.
- (Watch so cheese doesn't burn.)
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
