Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. raw long-grain rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • chicken parts or breasts
  • 1 can fried onion rings

Method

  • Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
  • Put rice on bottom of pan. Mix together soups, water and onion.
  • Top rice with soup mixture. Put chicken on top of soup mixture, skin side up.
  • Sprinkle onion rings on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 350°.
