- 1 1/2 c. raw long-grain rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cans water
- chicken parts or breasts
- 1 can fried onion rings
Method
- Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
- Put rice on bottom of pan. Mix together soups, water and onion.
- Top rice with soup mixture. Put chicken on top of soup mixture, skin side up.
- Sprinkle onion rings on top.
- Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 350°.
