Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 c. uncooked regular long grain rice
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 4 skinless chicken breast halves
Method
- In a 2-quart baking dish (shallow), mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper. Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Cover chicken and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until done. Makes 4 servings.
