Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 14 1/2 oz. chicken broth
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 1/2 c. cut, cooked chicken breasts
- 2 c. frozen vegetables (any kind)
Method
- Melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
- Add broth and milk.
- Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
- Stir in chicken and vegetables.
- Pour into bottom crust of pie plate, then cover with top crust and cut slits into crust.
- Bake at 450° for 25 to 30 minutes.
