- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated All-Ready pizza crust
- 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spread pizza crust on 10-inch pizza pan as directed on package.
- Set aside.
- In medium size bowl, combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
- Dip chicken pieces in melted margarine, then in cracker crumb mixture and place individually on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over prepared pizza crust.
- Arrange baked chicken pieces evenly on tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Slice and serve immediately.
- Makes 8 servings.
