Ingredients
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. to 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 3 to 4 c. stock
- 4 to 6 pieces skinned chicken
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt or half and half
Method
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add chopped onion and saute.
- Add paprika.
- Slowly add stock.
- Simmer, then add skinned chicken. Simmer covered 45 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Add flour and sour cream or yogurt or half and half.
- Stir into chicken stock 5 minutes.
- Serve over noodles.
