Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. to 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 3 to 4 c. stock
  • 4 to 6 pieces skinned chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt or half and half

Method

  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Add chopped onion and saute.
  • Add paprika.
  • Slowly add stock.
  • Simmer, then add skinned chicken. Simmer covered 45 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Add flour and sour cream or yogurt or half and half.
  • Stir into chicken stock 5 minutes.
  • Serve over noodles.
