Ingredients
- 2 cans artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 c. real mayonnaise
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) container Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place in lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Should be lightly browned on top.
