Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. green onions
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Saute onions in margarine.
- Add other ingredients.
- Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
- The last 15 minutes of baking time, add 2 cups of cornflakes, sprinkled with oleo on top of casserole.
