Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. fresh snipped dill weed or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Method
- In a small mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together.
- Brush sauce on one side of meat 1 minute before removing from grill. Pass around any remaining sauce.
- Great for grilled meat, especially pork chops.
- Makes 1/2 cup sauce, enough for 4 to 6 pork chops.
