Ingredients
- Chicken
- Stove Top stuffing (regular)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Use 1-2 pcs of chicken (or possibly turkey), skinned.
- Boil till done, keep broth.
- Debone chicken.
- Fix stuffing substituting broth for water.
- Put stuffing in small lightly greased pan, lay cut chicken on top.
- Heat 1 can cream of chicken to that 3/4 can of broth was added.
- Pour over dressing and chicken.
- Cover with foil.
- Heat 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Remove foil last 5 min to brown.
- Serve warm.
- Double recipe and use 9 x 11 inch baking dish.
