Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Stove Top stuffing (regular)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Method

  • Use 1-2 pcs of chicken (or possibly turkey), skinned.
  • Boil till done, keep broth.
  • Debone chicken.
  • Fix stuffing substituting broth for water.
  • Put stuffing in small lightly greased pan, lay cut chicken on top.
  • Heat 1 can cream of chicken to that 3/4 can of broth was added.
  • Pour over dressing and chicken.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Heat 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  • Remove foil last 5 min to brown.
  • Serve warm.
  • Double recipe and use 9 x 11 inch baking dish.
