Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. onion flakes
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. apple juice

Method

  • Melt margarine in saucepan.
  • Mix oregano, basil, onion flakes, cheese and bread crumbs in a mixing bowl.
  • Dip chicken into butter, then into bread crumb mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  • Combine apple juice, onion and remaining margarine. After 45 minutes, pour over chicken and return to oven for 10 minutes.
