Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz.) chili without beans (preferably with jalapeno peppers)
  • 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Hot Mexican Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product with Jalapeno Peppers, cut up

Method

  • Stir together chili and tomatoes in large microwavable bowl.
  • Stir in VELVEETA.
  • Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring every 2 minutes.
  • Serve with chips of choice.
  • Makes 4-1/2 cups.
  • Notes: Dip is best served with plain tortilla chips.
  • To keep dip warm while serving, place in covered slow cooker.
