Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. beef round steak, cut up
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. crushed crackers
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk or water
Method
- Pound beef slices to flatten and tenderize.
- Mix egg and milk in pie pan.
- Dip meat slices in egg-milk mixture, then in crackers.
