Ingredients

  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 slices bread
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup vegetable oil

Method

  • Finely chop bread in food processor.
  • Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, basil, oregano, garlic powder and salt.
  • Cut chicken into thin slices.
  • Dip into vegetable oil, then coat with crumb mixture.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
