Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. cooked chicken (preferably leftover barbecue)
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. or more grated cheese
- 1 bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. cooked or canned French-style green beans
- 1 can celery soup (undiluted)
Method
- Mix together and place in greased or sprayed casserole. Garnish with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes to warm thoroughly.
- Serves 4.
