Ingredients
- 2 cans Swanson white chicken chunks
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can jalapeno peppers (optional)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can diced black olives
- 8 tortilla shells
Method
- Drain chicken.
- Combine all ingredients and spoon into tortilla shells.
- Roll and place in 9 x 12-inch glass dish. Spoon excess over top of tortillas.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Serves four.
