Ingredients

  • 6 whole chicken breasts, boned
  • 1 pkg. McCormick Fajitas Marinade
  • 1 whole green pepper cut in strips
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • Salsa
  • 1 whole onion, sliced
  • Dash salt
  • Optional: shredded cheddar, guacamole

Method

  • While gas grill is heating to medium heat, marinate chicken in McCormick marinade mixed to directions on package.
  • Cook chicken 8 min each side or possibly till tender.
  • Remove and cut into strips.
  • Saute/fry green peppers and onions in oil till transparent but still crispy, add in dash of salt.
  • Hot tortillas on lightly greased griddle for just seconds.
  • Wrap chicken strips, peppers and onions in tortilla, add in salsa and lowfat sour cream (or possibly guacamole and or possibly shredded cheese).
  • Serve warm.
