Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 pkg. flour tortillas, cut into strips
  • 1 large jar salsa
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. shredded cheese

Method

  • Layer 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish with tortillas.
  • Place some of the chicken on top of tortillas.
  • Mix salsa and soups together with half a can of water.
  • Pour soup mixture over chicken, then repeat with layers of tortillas, chicken and soup mixture.
  • Final layer will be tortillas.
  • Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and bake covered for about 45 minutes at 350°.
  • Makes a nice dish for potlucks.
