Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
- 2 pkg. flour tortillas, cut into strips
- 1 large jar salsa
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. shredded cheese
Method
- Layer 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish with tortillas.
- Place some of the chicken on top of tortillas.
- Mix salsa and soups together with half a can of water.
- Pour soup mixture over chicken, then repeat with layers of tortillas, chicken and soup mixture.
- Final layer will be tortillas.
- Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and bake covered for about 45 minutes at 350°.
- Makes a nice dish for potlucks.
