Ingredients
- 1 flour tortilla
- 2 oz. diced cooked skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 c. low-fat grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 Tbsp. low-fat sour cream
Method
- Wrap tortilla around chicken and Cheddar cheese.
- Place in baking dish and pour salsa over tortillas.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Dab on sour cream. Serves 1.
