- vegetable oil
- 4 pork chops
- 3 c. soft bread cubes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 1/3 c. water
Method
- Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet.
- Add chops and cook until browned on both sides.
- Place chops in a shallow baking dish.
- Lightly mix together the next 5 ingredients.
- Place a mound of stuffing mixture on each chop.
- Stir together soup and water; pour over chops.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Yield: 4 servings.
