Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 c. cooked, chopped chicken or turkey
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 3 to 4 c. shredded cheese (mix of Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 1 large pkg. flour tortillas

Method

  • Mix sour cream, soups and green chilies to make the sauce.
  • On a tortilla layer about 1 tablespoon meat; sprinkle on about 1 teaspoon onion.
  • Add 1 tablespoon sauce.
  • Top with 1 tablespoon cheese.
  • Roll up tortilla and place seam side down in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Repeat until the baking dish is full.
  • Top with the remaining sauce and cheese.
  • Bake in a 350° oven until hot, about 20 to 30 minutes.
