Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts (5 oz. each)
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • salt and white pepper to taste
  • 8 trimmed broccoli stalks, cooked
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 tsp. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • paprika

Method

  • Lightly brown chicken breasts in 2 tablespoons of the margarine, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. If serving in individual casseroles, arrange 2 pieces of broccoli in each, end to end, with buds towards outside of dish. Arrange chicken over broccoli.
