Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts (5 oz. each)
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and white pepper to taste
- 8 trimmed broccoli stalks, cooked
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 4 tsp. sour cream
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
Method
- Lightly brown chicken breasts in 2 tablespoons of the margarine, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. If serving in individual casseroles, arrange 2 pieces of broccoli in each, end to end, with buds towards outside of dish. Arrange chicken over broccoli.
