- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 soup cans water
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushroom pieces
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except chicken.
- Put into greased baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts on top.
- Cover with foil; bake for 1 hour at 350°.
- Uncover and brown 30 minutes longer.
