- 4 c. chicken, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Saute onion, pepper and celery in oleo.
- Add soups, chicken broth, pimento, mushrooms and chicken.
- Cook slowly until well heated.
- Cook spaghetti until tender.
- Drain.
- Put layer of spaghetti, layer of sauce, grated cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers to top of dish.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. Serves 8 to 10.
