Ingredients

  • 4 c. chicken, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Saute onion, pepper and celery in oleo.
  • Add soups, chicken broth, pimento, mushrooms and chicken.
  • Cook slowly until well heated.
  • Cook spaghetti until tender.
  • Drain.
  • Put layer of spaghetti, layer of sauce, grated cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers to top of dish.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. Serves 8 to 10.
