Ingredients

  • 3 c. diced, cooked chicken (about 3 breasts)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. dried onion flakes
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb. pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing, mixed with 1 stick melted butter or margarine

Method

  • Mix all ingredients, except stuffing and melted butter.
  • Put in casserole.
  • Put stuffing mix over top, spreading evenly.
  • Bake at 325° for 60 minutes.
