Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can sherry
- 1 c. sour cream
- paprika
Method
- Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish so that pieces don't overlap.
- Cover with mushrooms (do not use juice).
- Combine mushroom soup, sherry and sour cream until blended.
- Pour over chicken, completely covering it.
- Dust with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve with wild long grain rice.
