Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Combine flour, sugar, molasses, milk, egg and spices. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Make into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar.
- Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
