Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 cup Mojo Marinade
  • 1 pound Sirloin Steak, Cooked And Chopped
  • 6 whole Large 10 Inch Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 1 pound Shrimp, Cooked And Chopped
  • 1 cup Pico De Gallo

Method

  • Put the marinade into a medium sized bowl.
  • Add the cooked steak into the marinade.
  • Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  • On a flour tortilla, spread a layer of sour cream, then a layer of guacamole and then layer liberal amounts of cheese, meat, shrimp and pico de gallo.
  • With wet fingertips, fold over sides of the tortilla and roll up.
  • Place rolled burritos in a hot skillet or grill.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6 minutes total.
  • Serve with your favorite hot sauce and some rice and beans.
