Ingredients
- 1 kg Boneless Chicken cut into 1 inche pieces
- 2 tablespoon Kumin
- 1 piece Onion cut into small cubes
- 1/2 tablespoon Chili powder
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 400 grams Canned beans
- 400 grams Frozen corn seeds
- 1/2 liter Chicken broth
Method
- Saturate the onion until it turns golden
- Saturate the chicken pieces until they become white
- Add the Kumin and the chili powder and continue saturate for 2 mins
- Add the rest of the ingredients and use the steam kettle for 10 mins
- Or use the slow cooker for 4 hours
