Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts, boned
- 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. sherry
- heaping Tbsp. sour cream
- salt and pepper
Method
- Stir liquids together and pour over chicken.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
- Baste occasionally.
