Ingredients
- 2 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 large angel food cake
Method
- Mix the gelatin with water and stir until dissolved.
- Add frozen strawberries to gelatin.
- Refrigerate until it begins to thicken.
- Break angel food cake into bite-size pieces.
- When gelatin begins to thicken, stir in Cool Whip.
- Mix well and stir in cake pieces.
- Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Refrigerate overnight.
