Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. cream of celery soup
- 1 bag dressing
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. chicken broth
Method
- Cook chicken; debone and cut into small pieces.
- In casserole dish, layer first half of dressing, mixed with butter, in bottom of dish.
- Next, add layer of chicken.
- Next, mix cream of celery soup and one cup of chicken broth together; pour over chicken. Next, layer other half of dressing over soup, saving 1/2 cup for top.
- Repeat with mushroom soup and broth (mixed) and chicken. Top with 1/2 cup dressing.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
- Do not overcook.
