Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Stove Top cornbread stuffing
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Method

  • Disregard instructions on stuffing box.
  • Mix stuffing with margarine only.
  • Use both envelopes in package.
  • Cook chicken and remove meat; cut into bite-size pieces.
  • Reserve broth.
  • Dilute cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup broth and chicken soup with 1 cup broth.
  • In 9 x 13-inch pan, place layer of dressing, layer of chicken, all of mushroom soup, layer of dressing, layer of chicken and all of chicken soup.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
