Ingredients
- 2 boxes Stove Top cornbread stuffing
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Disregard instructions on stuffing box.
- Mix stuffing with margarine only.
- Use both envelopes in package.
- Cook chicken and remove meat; cut into bite-size pieces.
- Reserve broth.
- Dilute cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup broth and chicken soup with 1 cup broth.
- In 9 x 13-inch pan, place layer of dressing, layer of chicken, all of mushroom soup, layer of dressing, layer of chicken and all of chicken soup.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
